Vanlife Assistant is designed to assist with trip planning, budgeting, and vehicle maintenance. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is safe, your routes are legal and passable, and your finances are independently verified. We are not responsible for broken down vans, getting stuck on impassable roads, or budgeting errors!

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Vanlife Assistant. You may not copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vanlife Assistant is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Vanlife Assistant be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
